The high level political committee has decided to resume talks with agitating CPN Maoist and Social Federalist party. 
The committee meeting held this evening decided to resume talks with the agitating parties on the issues beside change of government and postponement of CA elections date. The committee also concluded that the dialogue process was halted though they principally agreed for round table conference. The high level political committee is to inform the President and Chairman of Interim electing council tomorrow morning about the up-to date discussions.
Earlier, the poll opposing CPN maoist party had urged the President to play a role of facilitator for the round table talks.
March Pass by CPN-Maoist as a part of poll boycott campaign
The CPN-Maoist led by Mohan Baidya took out a rally today as part of the poll boycott campaign. March pass was organized in Basantapur of the capital by National People volunteer campaign bureau.
Addressing the program, party general secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal warned to launch revolution from the capital. He warned that the party would revolt if their 18 point demands are not addressed in peaceful manner. Recalling the revolution of 15 years ago, Badal said people's revolt is necessary for the independence of nation.
He also added that the CA elections is not possible without the participation of CPN Maoist party. The march pass had started from Maitidevi and went through Dilli Bazar, Putali Sadak, Durbar Marg and Indra Chowk before it converged into a mass meeting at Basantapur.
