The dialogue between the High Level Political Committee and Federal Socialist Party Nepal has been positive.

However the meeting could not conclude the agreement even after forging consensus. They failed to sign in consensus due to the dilemma in the use of language in the agreement letter.The agreement could not take the official shape after the negotiating sides could not reach an understanding. They have, however, agreed to increase the size of the Constituent Assembly to 601, like the previous one. The two sides have also reportedly reached an understanding on holding an all-party meeting.
