National Sports Council to initiate scientific training system to the national players
The National Sports Council has initiated scientific training system to the national players vying for international medals. The council also has issued a directive for the capacity building, leadership and personality development of the players, health test among others.
The NSC has allocated the budget of 2 crore 25 lakh for the same. Addressing a program in Kathmandu today, NSC member secretary Yubraj Lama informed that various decisions have been made for the players and instructors to be implemented within 6 months. He added that the foreign instructors will provide necessary trainings to the national players of Athletics, Ushu, Takewando, Badminton, Cricket among 10 other games.
